The moment i opened my eyes when i woke up this morning, my back is harden. When i tried to straighten it a little, it was damn painful ...argh. Guess i over exerted my strength on those heavy boxes alone without knowing that my back cant take anymore le =[. The pain is killing mi currently!! Shld i seek any treatment or let it recover itself bas.... I shall not force my back to work again le T.T, will b an off day for me~
